Mentally disabled people haven’t completely developed for example their brains haven’t grown properly and take time for them to function; they can learn the basic skills (reading, writing and speaking ) but very slowly over a long period of time.
HOW ARE THE MENTALLY DISABLED PEOPLE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST? It is very common and could get severe when it comes to discrimination towards people with mentally illness. There are many concerns with mentally disabled people like they receive second-class physical healthcare. They are unable to work and aren’t able to earn money for themselves. All these act of discrimination put upon them creates negative thoughts of them not being wanted in the society, feeling useless, lowers their self-confidence, makes them feel isolated and marginalized.

If people behave in a different way or not like a ‘normal human’ they think of him as a crazy person, and have no interaction with them. It is not only the people who have mentally disability. If someone see you talking to themselves they call them crazy.
